Initial improvements to Eastview Mall are necessary to reposition and improve the tenant mix, positioning the mall to successfully attract signature retail tenants.

According to a recent community impact report completed for the Ontario County Industrial Development Agency, the proposed project at Eastview Mall will have a positive fiscal impact on Ontario County, the Town of Victor, and the Victor Central School District. When considering both the public costs and revenues from the project, the county, town and the school district are expected to see net positive economic benefits in the forms of increased sales tax and/or property tax revenues, and the retention and creation of new jobs.
